Alan Alexander develops comprehensive digital marketing strategies and oversees content development for B2B and B2C clients. He also focuses on messaging for his clients, which include Carmeuse Longview, Rheumatology Research Foundation, The World Games 2021 Birmingham and J.H. Berry & Gilbert.
Alan contributes to Markstein’s business development and marketing initiatives as a member of the agency’s marketing team. Additionally, he serves as chair of the philanthropy committee, coordinating the agency’s corporate social responsibility efforts.
Prior to joining Markstein, Alan covered health care, technology and education for the Birmingham Business Journal, where he reported on breaking and in-depth business news. He developed a reputation as an expert in those industries and forged valuable connections across multiple sectors of the local business community.
Alan received his Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and political science from the University of Alabama.
