As a director at Markstein, Lynn leads the agency’s Public Affairs practice in both the Alabama and Washington D.C. offices. She has managed a diverse portfolio of public affairs projects and partnerships ranging from ballot initiatives, to rural broadband access, to state agency-based programming.
Additionally, Lynn has developed and led numerous high-profile communications strategies in the education, infrastructure and technology sectors. Through her varied experiences and strategy-first approach, Lynn is versed in the nuances of public affairs at the local, state and federal levels.
Prior to joining Markstein, Lynn spent time in both the legal and political arenas, including a stint on Capitol Hill working for a congressional representative. Lynn graduated summa cum laude from The University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in communications studies.
