A leader in Markstein’s Workforce Development Practice, Susan Ann uses research and industry insights to generate qualified leads for clients. Her team relies on performance data to drive campaign decisions, leaning heavily on targeted messaging to resonate with audiences. While at Markstein she supported accounts such as Encompass Health, Vulcan Materials Company, National Tank Truck Carriers and the Alabama Construction Recruitment Institute.
Prior to Markstein, Susan Ann served as the Creative Director of Innovation at Church of the Highlands where she created, managed and oversaw internal and external communication strategy for organizational information, events and initiatives.
She graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.
