About The Project

O’Neal Industries, Inc. (ONI) is the parent company of all O’Neal-owned subsidiaries and represents the nation’s largest family-owned network of metals service centers and component and tube manufacturing businesses. ONI partnered with Markstein on an internal safety campaign for their affiliate companies and existing programs. 

Our work included creating the name, message, visual identity and style guide. 

The campaign increased employee engagement and strengthened safety culture across the organization.
