About The Project

Shannon Waltchack, a commercial real estate operator headquartered in Birmingham, needed a brand presence that reflected its expertise, portfolio and growth while differentiating itself in a competitive commercial real estate market.

Markstein designed a sophisticated, easy-to-navigate site highlighting their experienced team, national portfolio and range of real estate services. The refresh also included the addition of a homepage motion graphic, visually drawing users into the site. To coincide with the new look and feel, we developed the “Unanchored Possibilities” campaign, which highlights the firm’s unique investment fund strategy.

The firm achieved stronger brand recognition and a more cohesive market presence, supporting continued growth and client engagement.
