On U.S. soil for the first time since inception, The World Games 2022 were held in Birmingham, Alabama, home to some of the most ardent sports fans in the world, and in need of a strong communications partner.
Markstein served as the communications partner for The World Games 2022, coordinating all earned media efforts. Markstein drove awareness of the next generation of sports through strategic, large-scale publicity efforts, supporting communications with International Federations and leading media operations planning for the Games.
