When the Association of Clinical Research Professionals identified the need to grow the pipeline of clinical research professionals, it turned to Markstein to develop a campaign to educate students and pique their interest in learning about careers in clinical research. Markstein developed the “Find Your Element” campaign, launched it in 10 markets and drove nearly 200,000 visits to a website that showed students how they could find their element in a clinical research career.
