Markstein partnered with Shannon Waltchack, a commercial real estate operator headquartered in Birmingham, to develop a new company website. The client desired a sophisticated, easy-to-navigate site highlighting their experienced team, national portfolio and range of real estate services. To coincide with the new look and feel, we developed the “Unanchored Possibilities” campaign, which highlights the firm’s unique investment fund strategy. Markstein’s new designs and content included the addition of a homepage motion graphic, visually drawing users into the site.
