Nine years after launching the Go Build Alabama campaign to educate and inspire young people, parents, educators and others, the Alabama Construction Recruitment Institute (ACRI) turned to Markstein to refresh the campaign and demonstrate return-on-investment. Through in-depth interviews and field research, we identified key motivators for each of our target audiences and segments. This allowed us to tailor the messaging to each segment’s motivator and identify the right mix of media, email marketing and robust reporting to track behavior and lead generation in real time.
The tailored, targeted approach has generated strong results, and ACRI now has leads to guide into training programs. Since launching in January 2020, we have generated more than 5,200 leads.
